it does work in that most people are stopped by DRM. gaming consoles are the best example. Sure, a minor percentage of owners install modchips, but most are blocked by the DRM.

a stick of DDR2 PC3200 DIMM memory will work fine as a dual channel stick, as long as you have another one like it. The sticks just need to match. Beyond that, it doesn’t matter.

If your motherboard supports DDR, then you just need 2 matched DDR sticks, of the correct speed, voltage, etc.
