TomM–: I’m aware of the systems setup to monitor nuke tests and the treaties supposing to regulate them.. i’m aware of the technical wizardry and electronics the US has to analyze it.. with a blast of several hundred kilotons or megatons, its simple.. with something this small.. hell the first trinity blast was 19 KT.. you need hard evidence such as an atmospheric sampling of the actual fissile material.. they could have blown up some TNT around plutonium or uranium without that material hitting critical mass

I guess it depends on where your at…my car and house insurance bill run me almost 5k a year, two cars and of course being in a hurricane zone doesnt help….so in my world 25k a year is not an option!
