Capital is a word I try to use with free market and free trade and other terms because even socialism is capitalist but the capital resides in the hands of the state. So I, like Milton Friedman say free market capitalism

No we dont have real freetrade but we have the most free trade in the world of any highly industrialized major nation There may be some country wiht 2 million people who has more free trade

So there is relativity as well as literalism and when I say free trade I usually mean relative free trade not absolute.

So I am not on board yet, we could do more with more certainty by just lowering existing taxes more and maybe closing bad loopholes and keeping open good loopholes. No tax will ever be a fair tax thats an oxymoron.

Its competititon over who pays more taxes than whom basically every system we might switch to has winners and losers, but if the system we have we just lower those taxes then we can only have winners
