well, regulating commerce into/out of the nation *IS* a constitutional power of the government. So, in terms of violating rights of a US citizen, this is very low on the totem pole

Dem argument in 1998 was for regime change by Iraqi opposition groups with US support… Bush in 2002… regime change by coalition forces.
