What I hate about back pain is there are so many fucking quacks out there. people who claim they have miracle cures which dont. Miraculous cures. and shit.. Well those are extremely rare and usually happen because the person was never injured as bad as he thought, in other words his body was healing anyway

Most things that are nutirious are better for you then things that arent, however simply by getting proper nutrition, you do not become superman… the assumption that a change in diet (unless its radical) will produce anything other then mild changes is kind of rediculous. The dude who went from being Vegan to only eating at McDonalds is a radical change. Its like people went “health food…wow” after eating way to many Big Macs.
But the majority of people dont get relief for long and spend a lot of money. The placebo effect could theorectically temporarily stimulate your own pain medications your boy produces. Who knows, but they thing is they usually have to go back and its a cycle of paying tons of money and time and effort. I dont like the alternative methods and they havent worked for me.
FT, the only thing I found that helped, and it fixed my lower back problem, was exercising the lower back muscles. Very little at first and gradually building them up so they could support the spine.

She can take someone suffereing from serious cancer pre death in pain and make them virtually pain free with her skills. And they often speak of the natural dying process which cant be cured, so this is like cancer to the nth degree mestatisized, only god could intervene in theory

That is good, I have had my legs cramp up on me while I drive… so I have to be careful. My situation is no where near as bad as yours and I wont even attempt to equate them, however I will tell you that it really is terrifying when it happens when you drive. Make sure you monitor that one, as I wont drive alone anymore.
