WITHOUT CHARGING THEM. then, 10 years later, we get to letting them go. and we see that about 60% of them were totally innocent in the first place. but thats OK, right? ‘collateral damage’. ahuh

rond1, really? what if I phoned the government and convinced them you were a terrorist. they come arrest you and hold you for 10 years without charging you. torture you, et cetera. then they let you go and say ‘by the way, we now know you were totally innocent.’
